Tea Over Water!


We have found an interesting article for us tea people wherein it states that tea is better for you than water and the popular belief that tea dehydrates is simply not true! And must we reiterate the fact that tea is calorie-free too? There’s just no need for milk, sugar or honey in a good tea.
